Once we have confirmed your booking with us, please click on the link, download and save the form and complete it to tell us everything we need to know about your cat. Along with your vaccination documentation, we will need it at or before check in. If your cat is micro-chipped, please let us know the number at check in.

Please note that all cats require a current vaccination certificate against cat ‘flu and feline enteritis, and this must be presented on or before arrival. Sorry, but we cannot accept any cats for boarding without presentation of valid certificates at the time of admission.
